I applied to the CSM role, everything went well and really fast, had great conversations with multiple members of the team, after final round interviews I was instantly told the went with someone else. Less than a few days after the recruiter referred me to another role, it was for a TAM position, I interviewed with the VP, he told me he wanted to move me to the next steps & that I received glowing recommendations from the people I interviewed with from the previous role. They set up a 2nd round of interviews one day after they requested 2 references, I sent them my referrals, which they contacted, my referral notified me they confirmed everything Latch requested. In less than 2 hours from the contact, they notified me they filled the role and would have to cancel my interview. I felt completely used, I spent a lot of time doing their assessments and multiple hours of interviews. It feels like I was blatantly used for their EEO requirements,
