Interview
I don't normally write reviews, but I found this interview to be particularly unprofessional and, quite frankly, disrespectful in many ways I won't even go into here (being over 15 min late amongst the list).
The interviewer seemed unprepared -- clearly hadn't even glanced at my resume for more than 2 seconds (if that) before the interview, which led to questions that really didn't pertain to the role or my past experience. They asked about 2.5 generic questions, no follow up ones and really didn't seem to be listening at all.
The interview lasted less than 15 minutes -- solely because I asked them questions about the role, the company and the prospects for the team (all generic answers), and finally ended abruptly and again, very unprofessionally by the interviewer.
I had read the other reviews written here prior to my own interview and thought they were probably quite exaggerated, but they were spot on. Having conducted many interviews in the past I can offer this advice : show the person you are interviewing the respect you would like to receive in return and remember that they are interviewing you as much as you are interviewing them -- this was terrible representation for the company. I went in feeling very excited after speaking to the lovely HR recruiter, and decidedly and immediately uninterested after this second one.

Interview
Applied online. First interview was with a recruiter who believed I was very qualified and got me on the phone with one of the managers the next day. That manager asked me a total of 2 questions and did not seem interested. I asked about 5 total questions and considering they only asked me 2 questions is discouraging, as you can't get to know someone by asking only 2 questions. The interview process was a waste of time in my opinion and they don't seem to have their team fully put together.
