      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Latham & Watkins (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2024

      Interview

I had a wonderful time meeting with the team. In every interview I got the sense that they were searching for the right culture fit to match their positive atmosphere and kept it fairly conversational. The questions were not complicated or tricky, nothing technical or over the top. My only criticism is that the process is long. There is a phone screening (typical) and then 4 rounds of interviews with 2 interviews each round, meaning to get the role you would have to go through 8 interviews total. They were quick to schedule the next round, so it didn't drag on for months and months, but it still took a considerable amount of planning to be able to do all of them. 4 rounds seems to be standard for their administrative roles, as I've interviewed with them before and also went through all 4 rounds.
