3 rounds: application submission and pre-recorded video interview in September; assessment center in January; Zoom final interview one week after. Assessment center in person in Manchester, lasted 4 hours, 15 candidates in total. You will be assessed against 4 other candidates with the same track chosen during application. AC consisted of the company presentation, 1h group work solving and presenting a simple case study, one hour speed interview with 5 back to back employees from different rotations within your track. Final interview on Zoom lasted 1.5hrs, divided into three sessions, each with two employees. Overall, very friendly and interactive experience consistent throughout all interviews. AC focused more on your personality and how you interact with the team there. Final interview was more traditional, mostly behavioral questions. The whole process required talking to quite a lot of people, so I did get a chance to answer literally every possible behavioral questions.
