Given 1-2 minutes to prep and 2-3 minutes to speak. There was only one question, and it was skills-based. They do not allow retakes. I would generally recommend to have your skills listed down.

Tell us a time you faced a challenged/showed resilience and how did you overcome it
Personally quite stressful because it was my first VI, and its harder because you're just looking at the camera and there's no one in front of you. But it got better with each progressing question.
