Interview
It started off with a phone interview. A week later they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with the department manager. About two weeks after that I came in and met the rest of the team. That was over a month ago and I have not heard a word from the person handling the recruiting since, despite phone calls and e-mails to this person.
I currently have a full-time job and taking time off during the work day is not always easy. After taking time out of my day twice to go in for an interview, some sort of effort in communication on their part would have been nice. It is incredibly rude and inconsiderate not to let me know their decision.

The first interview with the manager was more like a casual conversation and I found it fairly easy. The second interview was a bit tougher because it was with 3 other people and they asked behavioral questions, like "Tell me about a time when..."
