Pretty casual interview. Interviewed over the phone for the substitute of the HR Generalist. The whole interview was very straightforward, no curveballs. Asked a lot of the basic HR Assistant questions, if you can use scheduling software, and if your current employer knows you are looking to leave (if applicable).
