Two 30 minute interviews, one commercial and one general. Both were tough- they try to question everything that you wrote in your application form. That is the style which they pursue: you give an answer, and they question you on the answer that you have given. Upside is that the people are nevertheless nice.

Case study wasn’t very technical - a charity acquisition
Competency was very basic - why you - why the firm - integrity - resilience

3 parts - written case study, case study interview on that case study and finally partner interview
partner interview is pretty chill, but because of that you have to make sure that you make clear your reasons for the firm/law etc. as convo can move on quite quick
written case study make sure not to give unsubstantiated advice/ take things a bit further
case study presentation just be confident
face to face interview with a panel of lawyers and HR. very conversational interview, they just want to learn more about you, your interests, your attributes/skills, such as leadership and critical thinking.
