Video interview (pre-recorded), face to face 1st stage with line manager & another recruiter & a 1 hour written assessment. I had a positive candidate experience, everything was very well organised, the people I met were friendly and welcoming. Even though I didn't get an offer, I received a phone call detailing the feedback which was really helpful for future interviews. Their process is very lengthy by the sounds of things but they take the time to find a good fit for both parties which is important.
