Interview
On-campus interview followed by on-site interviews held at the Perkins Coie Office. 4 interviews total with a variety of Partners and Associates. Largely conversational and casual in format. Some inquiry as to why I was interested in a particular practice group, but few questions related to actual technical expertise.
Pretty chill, very friendly people. There were many schedue conflicts and reschedule with the partners, which to me reflected how busy the company was and the culture of the firm.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Latham & Watkins (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I Interviewed with multiple partners and associates. It was not a substantively difficult interview, and there weren’t many legal questions asked. It mostly felt like the interviewers were trying to get a sense of fit on the team.

Screener and callbacks were both laid back and conversational. Didn't get an offer and unclear what they were really looking for. Most of the partners did not seem to ask more questions when it seemed like there was nothing else to talk about.
