I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Latham & Watkins (New York, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very easy interview process- they asked about my previous experience and why I was interested in the firm. The process took about 2 weeks from the screener to the callback and I was given 3 months to decide. I then went to a few dinner/coffees with associates prior to accepting the offer.

Question 1
Why Latham? When so many firms are so similar why would you want to work here?
Pretty chill, very friendly people. There were many schedue conflicts and reschedule with the partners, which to me reflected how busy the company was and the culture of the firm.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Latham & Watkins (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I Interviewed with multiple partners and associates. It was not a substantively difficult interview, and there weren’t many legal questions asked. It mostly felt like the interviewers were trying to get a sense of fit on the team.

I applied online. I interviewed at Latham & Watkins
Interview
Screener and callbacks were both laid back and conversational. Didn't get an offer and unclear what they were really looking for. Most of the partners did not seem to ask more questions when it seemed like there was nothing else to talk about.
