A relatively simple interview process in terms of graduate roles. Firstly a video interview, then assessment centre, finishing with final interview via zoom. The assessment centre involved conversing with a variety of current employees, management, previous trainers, and your fellow applicants. Final interview was with 4 members of staff, 2 for 30 minutes and 2 for a further 30 minutes. It was very aggravating to be sifted through so many applicants to final interview, and not receive an offer. Confirmation of final interview success was also not communicated until 5 weeks after it occurred.
