applied online, got a phone call 2 or 3 days later from my to-be supervisor. set up a time for an initial phone interview asking what I have done in the past and telling me in a general picture what this position is about. less than a week later my supervisor and three of his colleagues set down and had a group interview with me over a conference call. It went into much detail about what projects I had done and what I could expect from Lattice.
