Apply online through their website. Got a phone call interview after 2 weeks. After another 2 weeks, was invited for an onsite. During onsite interview, i gave a 1-hr seminar on my PhD research. afterward, it was 1-on-1 interview with scientist, director, other postdoc, etc. Everyone was very friendly. I got many questions on my seminar and discussion on how to build new device. About 1 month after the interview, i got the rejection email. It's sad, but it was ok. The LLNL campus is great and it was an overall positive interview experience.
