First, you get a phone interview which can last between 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Second is a presentation interview. Mine happened before COVID so my presentation interview was in person. I had to present in front of 10-12 people and it lasted 2 hours (with Q&A).

They asked me about my knowledge about Earned Value Management and see if I understand the WBS structure, Control Accounts, critical paths, etc. They asked me how I handle difficult situations and how I work with others.
