I had a phone interview, and I recall it was with the HR/recruiter person who contacted me, the division manager, and my would-be-supervisor, but the lineup might have been different. Initially, I had the opportunity to ask questions of my own. The interview itself was pretty simple, probably because I'm a freshman and they didn't expect much. I was asked about some points of interest on my resume, and told to elaborate on them. I stuttered on some questions, but was told I did pretty well for a freshman. The interview was pretty simple. It was probably because of their low expectations for me. After that, I pretty much had the job. That was it, just emails and a phone interview for me.
Following the interview, there was a lot of paperwork, such as a mini background check, drug test, and submission of school transcripts. I got a simple job in the end, so I guess that explains the simple application and interview.
