I applied online. I interviewed at Leaf Home (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
Pretty simple. Seemed like they just needed warm bodies because of turnover rate. Not many sales reps have been there for a long time according to manager, except for one, who had been there a year.
Interviewed in person. Typical questions. Easy interview. They explained sales structure, pay and day to day so I felt it went good and was pretty transparent. They asked about background and sales skills.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Leaf Home (Birmingham, AL) in Jan 2017
Interview
It went for about 30 minutes or less. No drug test. They don't drug test anyone in the company. Not very organized either. While I was there, I know the installation manager received several service related phone calls.

Question 1
Personal questions that I didn't feel were appropriate. My age, if I was married, do I drink, etc. Very unprofessional.
