Had an extensive phone interview. The interviewer seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic at first. However, after promising to get in contact, the interview never did. Tried to reach out both by email and phone but no reply. The lack of professionalism and appropriate courtesy for the entirety of interviewing process is a complete let down.
