Started off with a recruiter, then a member of the design team. Which later lead into a design assignment. After sending in some sample work, they will completely ghost you. Waste of time.

Started off with a recruiter, the recruiter told me that I would hear back within 72 hours because they “respect my time”. I had to follow up more than twice outside of their given timeframe, just for them to completely ghosted me after that. Would not reccomend, extremely unprofessional. If it wasn’t a fit that’s fine, but don’t just leave someone hanging.

Interview
I applied online and received an email inviting me to schedule a phone interview with someone from their HR Dept. I scheduled time in the online calendar and also emailed the HR person back, as their email address was provided. They never called at my scheduled time. This has never happened to me in years and dozens of interviews. I emailed the person back twice--first as a reminder and then later to ask if we could re-schedule. No response. I reached out to someone else on LinkedIn and explained what happened...also no response. Sharing here in case anyone else has the same experience or in the event that the company would like to up their game, in terms of how they deal with people.
