The interview process was dreadful and they do not have respect for anyone's time. I was first contacted after applying on Indeed about a month ago. I was contacted by someone to set up a time to speak on the phone for 30 minutes. After that call, I was contacted again and they said they wanted to move forward so I would be meeting with someone else for 30 min. I was asked a ton of questions and then moved on to another process which was a product exercise on another day, which took 1 hour. I was told I did great on the exercise and I would be moving forward. I was then scheduled for 4 more interviews. Yes, 4!. They were 30 minutes each, one being with someone I had already interviewed with. I thought it was weird but I went along with it. It seemed more like an endurance test, if anything. I spoke with everyone and was contacted AGAIN for a 30 minute follow up interview. Of course, this was with the person I had already interviewed with twice already. The follow up question was "Why LeagueApps?" That is a very valid question for the first interview, not the 7th interview. I remember afterwards telling my boyfriend, "I think they're looking for a reason not to hire me after I dedicated a lot of time and effort". I didn't hear back from them after 2 weeks so I sent a follow up email. I received a response 3 hours later saying they've decided not to move forward with me after 4 hours and 30 minutes of interviews. Of course, no one is obligated to hire anyone they don't want to so no bitterness but it was such a waste of my time and I believe they would have ghosted me. If you value your own time, don't apply to this company.
