Patron Technology will rescind your offer if you negotiate. Interviewed with 3 members of the management team for a position on their accounting team. SVP reached out to offer me a position. I countered a 6% higher salary, they told me they would see what they could do, and then rescinded the offer through email. Reached out inquiring if the issue was with my counter offer, and no response. Very disappointed in the recruiting process at Patron Technology and I would not recommend. I guess they expect you to be grateful they would even offer, and not negotiate your worth.
