Phone interview was too fast. The interviewer told me from the beginning the process would take only 10 minutes and spoke in a hurried tone like I was wasting her time. I assume she wanted to keep it under the 10 minute time frame, but she was trying to say a lot of things in a short amount of time. It became difficult to understand her because of the rushing. The interviewer barely answered my questions about the company and culture because of the time frame. When I asked her about the work dynamic being completely remote, she seemed like she did not want to answer the question. I appreciated how quick it was to receive a response on the position and interview status. The interview scheduling was also very convenient.
