I gave 5 interview rounds for leap and the feedback from all of the interviewers was great. But at the end of these interviews, HR starts ignoring my messages, calls and gave me the reason for rejection as not experience enough. I clearly mentioned my work experience in my CV and to all the interviewers too. As the HR are too lazy to get feedback they just simply tell us any random reason. Will suggest people not to join this company as if the working of HR might be similar to what other people here.
