First- With the HRBP
2nd- Excel assessment
3rd- People operations Director
First roundly mostly concentrated on how my expectations on the role aligned with the job's expectation. The interview focused on who I am and what would I like to gain from the opportunity.
2nd - To assess my excel skills. it was easy to moderate.
3rd- It was a culture fit round to assess if I was culturally fit for the organization.
