I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lear Corporation (Southfield, MI) in Aug 2014
Interview
Several hours meeting with different groups of team members. Most of the team members participated. As expected all levels of questions were asked. At the end of the team interviews HR covered the position, benifits, and relocation. Days later received first lower offer, asked for more. Days later received new better offer and accepted.
It was good and comfortable. Interviewer was pleasing and approachable. Thoroughly explained the job details and do's and dont's. Patient and very informative about the things to do inside the office.

Interview
Interview was basic no issues there. HR sent an email with an offer sheet for me to fill out and said the hiring manager was interested. Filled out the sheet and sent it back. Never heard back from them.
