Interview
The interview was very straightforward, no surprises here. Be well prepared and study in advance and you should be fine. Be sure to ask about benefits as well (4.5% 401k match, $1200 HSA match, half day Fridays).
Walked the plant floor to get an idea of what the plant does. Then we sat down and o was asked questions based on the “star” interview process. One or two tech questions.
The interview went smoothly and the questions were engaging. I find the interviewer good and skillful. The questions were relevant and coherent based on the flow of the conversation. The interview went long and all the important key questions were tackled.
