20 min max initial phone interview, then tech test which was pretty much all javascript and not very difficult. I was asked in for an in-person interview. Showed up, spent about an hour with two interviewers. No questions were deep or difficult. Mostly related to past experience. After the interview I was told that they needed to interview a few more candidates and they’d get back to me. Fair enough; makes sense. I waited 3+ weeks for them to get back to me. I sent an email asking if I was still in the running. 3 days later I got an email response from the initial interviewer telling me that they went in another direction. Hey, thats fine, but have some respect. Apparently ghosting is an acceptable and practiced methodology at Learnosity. No thanks.
