Learnosity is Unethical and Unprofessional on hiring process. They give technical assignment min project to code, which when with all efforts cleared in best way, then take 2-3 technical rounds of discussion with a final round with CTO (Questionmark). Took a month. Then after confirming your all rounds are cleared and they are preparing offer letter to send within a week, they start hiding. Their excuse is just CTO is not replying, neither yes, nor no, nor any reason. And with several follow ups, they keep bargaining you for lowering expectation in CTC (when package range was already known to them from start and within their mentioned budget). Such useless follow ups with no reason wastes your 2 months, and you are left to start searching another job from scratch. Why you conduct interviews and rounds if you have to hideaway later with no excuse? Why play with candidate's career. Highly unprofessional.
