Unclear. Invited for interview which would not cover the position I applied for, Interview would go towards deciding where I would fit. Two hours, different questions, no clear direction. Told that decision for next step would be within a week, Three weeks later, still no response. After mailing, was told that I would be a better fit for two different positions but that money was the issue. No further progress.

Online application through LinkedIn. Three interview process. First with HR by telephone to get to know the candidate. A second with Team Manager. And a third with director. All very professional.
