      Marketing Interview

      Feb 28, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Amsterdam
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leaseweb (Amsterdam) in May 2016

      Interview

As I was not based in Amsterdam at the time, therefore I had 2 skype interviews with HR, the person I was replacing, and the CMO. After, I was invited for a face to face interview at the HQ. I did not need to prepare anything for the interview as communication skills are essential for my role. However, I've learned from other colleagues that joined my team that some roles require preparation/assessments. The CMO had several industry related questions. So, in depth preparation is recommended, especially if you are aiming for a role in one of the commercial departments.

      Question 1

The question was related to marketing activities of local competitors, something that needs more research comparing to global competitors.
