The first call was made by HR, and it was good call over phone . She focuced on how the quality and the way i wrote my resume and also gave me sone advice about my resume. It was very general interview about why you want to join us and what is your interest.... . After one week i received an email I received one email that they will not proceed qith me because i am older than 30 years old and if they hire me they need to pay more than 56000 per year ( in netherland this is a goverment force) .

All went smooth. Very Professional and competent interviewer. Of course, I had a great group of people who interviewed me but I think that my effective allocation of tasks was a major component of the success.
