They ask specific question rgards on what position i applied for.they also ask if im afraid of heights, being a foremen am i familiar of SWP, FLHA, etc.how i treat my crew and how do deliver some task on my crew , also about handling an incedents on the workplace how will i attend on it being a foreman.
