Ledcor Recruiter interview questions

Two interviews, first was a conference/in person interview and the second strictly in person with the VP. They were tough to schedule interviews with as they did not personally call you - had a few different hands in the cookie jar. In regards to follow up, I only heard back once I emailed to follow up. I was then informed they went with someone internally. They speak about candidate experience in the interviews however it wasn't the greatest candidate experience having to deal with 3-4 different individuals in regards to scheduling and then not even receiving the courtesy of a phone call to let me know the outcome.
