Interview
Questions were thoughtful and team leader was very personable — I could tell right away that she liked my answers, so I felt more comfortable knowing she wasn’t there to play games or try to lead me on/ghost me, if that makes sense. One Zoom interview with direct boss and then another in-person one with the team. Good questions and a chill environment; felt like a match to me.
