I received an email for an interview a few days after applying. My first interview was a week later via zoom with the manager. He gave me multiple time slots to choose from. My internet was causing issues with the video so he so kindly asked if I wanted to proceed over the phone instead. The interview lasted about 30 minutes or so. He emailed me back a week later for a second interview. I went into the company and interviewed in person with the manager. Afterward, the manager introduced me to everyone, gave me a tour, and walked me out. I received a call from HR a week later with the job offer. 3 weeks after the offer, I went through an FBI background check, drug test, DMV report, and credit check. They also verified my previous salaries, positions, and employment. Lee enterprises have a strict driving record policy so beware or be prepared if it's required you may or may not have to pass/complete a driving course before starting.
