TLDR; massively unprofessional Initially contacted by agency recruiter. Sent my references to Leesa, who apparently liked what they heard and sent over the technical assessment through the recruiter. So far, so good. The assessment was unclear about certain instructions, and required an unusual tech setup that most people probably wouldn't already have on their personal computer. A clarifying email was not returned, so I worked with the recruiter to solve the issues and complete the assessment. It took me over 20 hours of serious work to do so. And then....nothing. Leesa never got back to me. At least a month ago by now. Rumor has it they went and hired someone else, but to never acknowledge receipt, and to ignore all follow up emails is absurdly rude. I cannot believe how much effort I put in to be completely ignored.
