Applied in person and had a phone interview set up within two days. Spoke with HR for half hour about the position. Mostly behavioral questions except for one. " A hammer and a nail cost $1.10, and the hammer costs one dollor more than the nail. How much does the nail cost?" The answer is $0.90. About 10 minutes after the phone interview I got a call back for an office interview. During that interview I met with two managers and a partner. All very nice people.
