I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Legacy Professionals in Feb 2022
Interview
Met the recruiter through a campus career fair and had a brief 10 minute conversation. Contacted them after the fair to set up another meeting. Had another online interview with the recruiter to discuss details which was about 15 minutes. About a week later received an email to set up an in person interview at their Westchester location. Once in person, met with two directors and talked for about an hour followed by an excel test to see how much you know. Interview with directors was laid back and felt like a casual conversation rather than an interview.
The interview process took about an hour and a half. It was a great opportunity to learn more about both the position and about Legacy. It also gave me the opportunity to learn about the team and ask questions. Great experience overall.

The interview process was very informative and provided valuable insight into the role and company expectations. It wasn’t necessarily easy, but it also wasn’t overly difficult—it was a fair and thorough assessment of my skills and experience. In addition to the interview questions, they also administered a 15-minute Excel test to evaluate my proficiency. This was a great way for them to gauge my skill level in a practical setting.
