The process took about 2 weeks. On my first interview, I interviewed with the person whom I would be reporting into. I was given a letter to type from english to spanish. I then interviewed with a group of 6-7 paralegals and was asked several questions and asked me to answer one of them in spanish. I then was called for a second and final interview with the head of the civil division. Shortly after that I was called with an offer.

Why do you want to work for a non profit versus a law firm?
In person interview with head of program and head paralegal. It was semi casual but clear they wanted to get a sense of direct experience. Afterwards I had a written test using excel and editing a motion.
