The interview occurred before 3 individuals. It was routine, but they want to know your dedication to providing legal services to low to moderately incomed individuals. The process entailed an initial interview and second round interview.
First interview for Juvenile Rights Practice focused on hypos, past experience, and awareness about social justice issues. They asked for references a few days after my interview. Then, months later I learned they were pausing hiring for the position
