I appreciate the work of the organization --they have huge impact helping the most vulnerable people. Clearly there is a caring element at play for people who work here. So I was surprised when the interview panel stayed mostly off camera which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Formal but not intimidating, very open to any and all questions. want to hire those who are truly passionate about work. Online ones, dress business casual. big emphasis on future career plans.
