Everyone was very friendly. They asked me questions about my experience. It seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me. I didn’t know where the best place to park was though.
Great. Relaxed but also professional. Not overly scripted. There were three rounds. Unfortunately it was during the pandemic. I was told verbally I got the job and they just needed to wait for HQ to sign off in the hire. I was told it would be 4 weeks, then 2 months, then I don’t know but we still really want you, and then silence. I finally heard back that next summer, 16 months after the verbal offer, that they were finally hiring, and asking if I still interested.
