Interview
After sending in my application materials, they reached out to me about a month later to set up an initial interview. The first interview was a panel of one attorney and three paralegals, incredibly nice people, very standard interview questions. Immediately after the interview there was an hour-long timed exercise where I had to write a letter to a client and edit some documents.
About a week after that interview, I got another email to interview with the supervising attorney. They started contacting my references about five days after, and I got a phone call offer one week after the second interview.
Overall the interviews themselves were very positive, the whole process took a very long time and I had to follow up once or twice.

Interview
I was asked to come in for an interview after a month applying for the position. The interview is a panel style quite intimidating , but it went well. The questions were common interview question about 15-20 questions. Correlate your past work experiences and skills with the position applied for. After the interview you must do a writing sample.
