30-45 minutes interview that consisted of multiple questions about prior experience, ability to handle stressful situations/navigate challenging interactions, & a roleplay section where one had to interview a client (one of the LAS staff acted as the client) take notes, and send a follow-up advocacy letter to the interviewers about the client's concerns within 30 minutes of the interview ending.
