I reapplied in late November, and I received an invitation to an interview in January. Considering that one of the women shook her head and laughed at one of my responses, the first round of interviews proved extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. rarely any conversation with the other members of the team conducting my interview. I was shocked to get a call requesting me to come in for a second interview, to which I did. I was informed that I would hear back from them within a week after the second interview, which went incredibly well. More than three weeks have passed since there was no word. I followed up but got no response from the other party; it's clear now that I didn't receive the job. All I want is that they have the decency to have informed me of it.
In person interview with head of program and head paralegal. It was semi casual but clear they wanted to get a sense of direct experience. Afterwards I had a written test using excel and editing a motion.
