They were very responsive throughout the whole process. They allotted time for me to ask questions and seemed to be excited about onboarding. Although pay isn't great they do great work and seem to employ people who have the same ideals that align with the organization's purpose.
Approximately twenty five minutes. Two interviewers. Minimal conversation mostly just questions and answers. Allowed time for questions at the end. Looking for enthusiasm for criminal defense, commitment to clients, and cultural awareness.
