Interview
The initial "interview" was a short 2 minute phone call with the Hiring Manager asking a few questions and availability for in-person interview. The in-person interview was with the same lady. Seemed like the Hiring Manager had no office of her own as we had to use someone else's office. I came back for a second interview that was described as shadowing. We got to see a day in the life of a Legal Monkey's employee.

It's just like any normal interview. You talk with the interviewer and then if they are interested in you, you get to come to the office and "shadow" other employees for the day to see if you are fit for the job. You basically observe day to day routines and what you will be doing.
You have your first interview, then there's a shadow process in which you come in for 3 hours to see if you are right for the job. After that, if there is anyone else applying for the job, there's a group interview.
