Over 6 interviews and several months it was determined to “pause” the role. They came back to say moving forward with minor changes to role. After additional interviews, told working in job offer, then a week later told they are restructuring and no longer filling the role. This company cannot make a decision. This was also evident in speaking to some of the leaders. Given how wishy washy the leaders are, I would not work there.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LegalZoom in Dec 2023
Interview
One on one virtual interview with the Human Resource rep followed by with several virtual chats with other members of the upper leadership team. All were about 30-45 mins in length. Each leader was very personable and the discussion felt more like a chat than an interview. The HR rep (Michael M) was extremely attentive, responsive and helpful throughout the process. A class act overall! Two thumbs way up for the process.
