The interviewing process was actually very seamless, I don’t think a day went by that I didn’t have the next interview on the books. Went through 4 rounds, first with the recruiter, then one of the HRBPs, then an in-person panel presentation/site tour (~3 hours), then one final with a higher up. After going through all of that I received an automated email about a week after the final interview saying that they wouldn’t be moving forward which was disheartening and seemed very impersonal, especially after putting in so much time and effort, and having such a great experience prior to that. Not even a simple phone call? Everyone was really nice, but that definitely rubbed me the wrong way.
