I applied via their website and was very pleased to get a request to review within the week. I met with the hiring manager for a screening interview and we had a nice conversation about the job, what I was looking for, LegitScript, the work itself, etc. It sounded interesting and I was interested in moving forward. The hiring manager to confirm my current location because of the remote work situation, which I did. She said she'd have to get back to me because of legal/tax purposes. So you can imagine my disappointment at getting a rejection the next day telling me that I was not eligible. I understand these things can be complicated, but my location is in the resume. While I am glad I did not spend hours in the process (this screening interview was by video) and did not have to go through the writing exercise and additional interview(s), this was pretty frustrating. As I said, I was interested in moving forward but I also acknowledge it was probably for the best (if you read the reviews there are multiple complaints that did concern me). It appears they can do much better in both the hiring process and in the actual employment experience.

Ghosted for the second time within a few months (two different recruiters). No follow up or biliary to even communicate with them. Why bother? If that’s how the interview process goes, I wonder how it’s like to actually work there. Disappointing!!!

I had a terrible experience applying for a position at LegitScript. They will drag you along for weeks, if not months. Their communication is terrible and I was “ghosted” by multiple people. I went through screening exercises and multiple interviews all over the span of about 3 months. I was even told when my training would start in one of the interviews! And then I was completely ghosted and cannot get a response from anyone at the company. Although the people I interviewed with were incredibly nice, I cannot give this company a good review at all. I had an employee referral from within the company, I was over-qualified for the position that I applied for, the interviews went incredibly well. But after months of dragging me along, they don’t even have the decency to respond to a single email. So unfortunately, I would not recommend applying to this company at all.
